Outlaw Apostles

A new, generational sensation has arrived, and they are the Outlaw Apostles. Hailing from North Alabama – 'The Shoals' – is a new sound of love and lust, layered harmonies, and top tier production... basically everything that makes your favorite Rock N' Roll record. The roster to this up and coming band is: Bay Simpson (Vocals, Guitar), Christian White (Guitar, Background Vocals), Davis Sandlin (Bass, Background Vocals), and Evan Sandy (Drums, Background Vocals). This quartet of singers and musicians perform unique soundscapes with captivating melodies.

Their sound start in a place of quality Southern Rock; big bass presence, thick mixes, and fine-tuned harmonics. From there it's a mix of hard Rock N' Roll with the slightest hint of rehearsed. These guys have been there and done that when it comes to honing the craft of live performances! With the band officially forming in 2018, their earlier years were spent in and out of different bars, on and off stages from state to state. During this time, they were simultaneously working with legendary record producer, Keith Stegall. Their mission was simple, "... to bring real songs, played by real musicians, singing real three- and four-part harmonies, back to the forefront of modern music". The closely knit team worked together to write their own catalogue and stockpile classic songs for the band to mature into and have a healthy arsenal with no shortage of content. Through these exercises, the Outlaw Apostles merged as a well-polished experience, through and through. As of now the band has been all over the East Coast making fans out of strangers, specially in Southeastern United States.

The Outlaw Apostles currently have four great tunes released for enjoyment: "The River", "Josephine", "Red Light Love", and "End of the World". Unironically, this line up perfectly exemplifies their dynamic sound and tone ranging from slow chugging Southern Rock (with roots in Blues) to fast paced, electric Rock N' Roll. Starting with "Josephine", you immediately get brought into a place that's similar to The Eagles - if every member was from Alabama. Classic intro, clean sonics, into a southern drawn Bay Simpson singing about gun-slinging sheriff haunted by events passed the reminiscence of a potential lover. Personally, it was this song that won me over for the group (it didn't take long). Their most recent release, "End of the World" is near the opposite end of their spectrum. Blatant Rock N' Roll with rigid guitar tones and a harmonious chorus 25 seconds into the song. Straight to business with this one. Whichever song you choose for your first taste, they're all due to impress even the most critical of listeners.

In current times, the Outlaw Apostles are touring the States, stirring a buzz for upcoming releases and content. If you're looking for something new with a familiar essence, look no further. The Outlaw Apostles have a little something for everyone.
