Tasty Pineapple-Coconut Cocktail
Jack Frost Drink
INGREDIENTS
- 1 cup pineapple juice
- 2 ounces coconut rum
- 2 ounces blue curacao
- 2 ounces cream of coconut (not coconut milk- you need the cream!!)
INSTRUCTIONS
- Pour crème of coconut onto a saucer and dip the rim into the crème and then into the coconut (sweetened or unsweetened - your choice)
- In a cocktail shaker, combine the ingredients, shake and pour over crushed ice
